From Jenn:
Do you feel misunderstood, unheard, or unappreciated by others? Have difficulty forming relationships and seeing your own unique value as a human? If you are ready to go on the journey to personal growth to re-write these negative stories in your mind; I will provide you a safe and judgment-free space to work through these challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative; I do not believe that humans are intended to fit into a therapeutic mold, therapy should instead be tailored to meet the individual need.

I have spent the last 14 years of my career working with pervasive mental health disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and domestic violence. I believe that no matter what obstacles someone faces in life they have innate worth which is frequently left undiscovered or perhaps even forgotten. Rediscovering who you are will set the pace to where you want to go.

I offer an empathetic and judgment-free space. I know, the hardest thing in life is to ask for help, particularly in the society in which we live. I value everyone's unique experience and consider it an honor to work with individuals on their path to personal growth.
