I am currently seeing clients seeking treatment for a range of needs including: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, PTSD, and other stress and trauma related symptoms.  I work with clients ages 12 and older and provide a person-center approach that may include talk therapy, EMDR, or both.  We will work together to find a treatment plan that meets your needs!  I mostly have experience with adolescents and adults and have worked with younger children in the past.  My passion is working with PTSD and other trauma and stress related disorders. I am EMDR trained and can include this in treatment, if interested and appropriate.  I obtained my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022 from Walden University and my BA in Sociology from Emory & Henry College in 2016.   During my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and can be found cuddled up with a cup of coffee watching wrestling or documentaries.
