At Body and Mindfully Healthy, I strive to provide quality mental health care and support. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a compassionate attitude. My goal is to empower you to become your own advocates and to work together to help you feel better and do better in daily life. I am dedicated to helping you achieve a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
 
Monica provides therapy via telehealth and in-person who have Medicaid-based plans with Aetna Betterhealth, Anthem Healthkeepers, Optima, Optum, and Virginia Premier, as well as commercial plans with Anthem and Cigna.​
