Galax Office Locations

Our main Galax office, located at 210 Calhoun Street, Galax, VA 24333, sits in the heart of downtown, just steps away from the local elementary school. This central hub serves as the primary location for our practice, where all calls and billing inquiries are routed to ensure seamless communication and efficient support for our clients.

In November 2025, we’re expanding to a second Galax location at 401 North Jefferson Street, Galax, VA 24333 to better meet the growing needs of our community. This new office will provide additional therapy spaces and increased accessibility for both clients and clinicians.
