Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive space where individuals come together to share experiences, learn from one another, and build new coping strategies. Guided by therapists and residents, our groups provide a safe and structured environment to explore challenges, improve communication, and foster personal growth.
At Body and Mindfully Healthy, we believe that healing is often strengthened in community. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, grief, or life transitions, group therapy can help you feel less alone and more empowered. Sessions encourage connection, resilience, and practical skills that support lasting change.
We offer both in-person groups at our Galax location and telehealth groups online, making it easier to access the support you need in a way that works best for you.
