From Hannah

Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating anxiety, major life changes, trauma, or simply trying to figure out who you are and where you're headed. You don't have to go through it alone.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can laugh, cry, ask difficult questions, and simply be yourself without fear of judgment. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to discover your strengths while working toward the life you want to create.

I utilize a person-centered approach while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop practical coping skills, manage overwhelming emotions, and build resilience. Every client is unique, and I strive to meet you exactly where you are while walking alongside you toward meaningful growth.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a life transition, healing from trauma, or learning how to establish healthier boundaries, therapy is an opportunity to invest in yourself. I believe everyone deserves support, and my hope is that every client leaves my office knowing they are worthy of living a full, abundant, and meaningful life.

My Clinical Approach

I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan but have a particular passion for supporting teenagers, young adults, and adults as they navigate life's challenges and transitions.

Some of the concerns I commonly help clients address include:

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Life transitions

  • Trauma recovery

  • Stress management

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • Boundary setting

  • Identity development

  • Depression

  • Personal growth

  • Relationship challenges

  • Emotional regulation

Clients often describe my counseling style as empathetic, judgment-free, and resourceful. I believe authentic relationships create the foundation for healing, so I focus on creating an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences at their own pace.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is watching clients develop the confidence to set healthy boundaries, strengthen relationships, discover who they are, and pursue goals they once believed were out of reach.

What You Can Expect

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

During your first appointment, you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where we will get to know one another, discuss your goals, and begin building a plan that reflects what matters most to you.

My role is to help you discover your own strengths while providing tools, encouragement, and support along the way.

As I often tell clients:

"You are enough."
