Rebecca Worrell is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Virginia Board-Approved Clinical Residency Supervisor dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space for growth and healing. She believes therapy is a sacred process where change is not rushed...it’s rooted.
With a background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care, Rebecca specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, and burnout. She offers LGBTQIA+ affirming care and is passionate about supporting women’s wellness, self-esteem, and holistic well-being.
Rebecca’s approach is integrative and client-centered, blending evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing with a holistic lens that incorporates body awareness, spiritual exploration, and nervous system regulation. She also enjoys offering walk-and-talk therapy or outdoor sessions that harness the restorative benefits of nature.

Outside of her counseling work, Rebecca is passionate about physical wellness and enjoys weightlifting, walking, yoga, and time in nature all of which influence her balanced, whole-person perspective in therapy.
Rebecca is currently welcoming Commercial Anthem / Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Commercial Optum/UnitedHealthcare, as well as self-pay clients at our new Radford office. Additional insurance credentialing is in progress.
