Conveniently located in historic downtown Radford, our office offers both in-person counseling and telehealth appointments for clients across Virginia.

Our Radford office was thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment where healing can begin.

Clients are welcomed into a cozy waiting area with complimentary coffee and tea while waiting for their appointment.

Appointments are offered by appointment only to ensure privacy and personalized care.

We know getting to your appointment should be stress-free.

Free street parking on West Main Street (up to 2 hours)

Rebecca Worrell, LPC

Rebecca Worrell is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Virginia Board-Approved Clinical Residency Supervisor dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space for growth and healing. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). 

Nathan Foust, LPC

Nathan specializes in helping clients heal from trauma, depression, and long-standing patterns that keep them feeling stuck. His collaborative approach incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy to help clients reconnect with their values and create meaningful change.

Delaney Ferguson, Resident in Counseling

Supervised by Dr. Bethany Lanier, LPC

With a background in working with survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, and complex trauma, Delaney is committed to creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore and empower themselves to rebuild safety, trust, and healthy relationships and boundaries at their own pace. Delaney’s therapeutic approach incorporates special attention to how these experiences impact the mind-body connection.  Specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acudetox.

Tori Smith, M.Ed., Resident in Counseling

Supervised by Rebecca Worrell, LPC

Tori enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Her warm, genuine, and practical approach helps clients develop confidence while learning to better understand themselves.

Michelle Ousley, Resident in Counseling

Supervised by Leslie Hawes, LPC

Michelle’s professional background includes extensive experience in crisis intervention and trauma recovery, where she has provided both immediate support and long-term strategies for healing. She is passionate about helping individuals process painful experiences, rebuild a sense of safety, and regain control over their lives. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
