Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Rebecca Worrell, LPC

Life can bring unexpected challenges, transitions, and moments when finding your way forward feels difficult. Casie believes you don’t have to navigate those experiences alone. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and welcoming therapeutic environment where clients can feel safe being themselves, explore what they are experiencing at their own pace, and build confidence in moving toward meaningful change.

Casie approaches counseling from a strengths-based and whole-person perspective, recognizing the important connection between the mind and body and the ways our experiences can affect many interconnected areas of our lives. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she draws from a variety of therapeutic methods to tailor counseling to each client’s individual needs, experiences, strengths, and goals.

Casie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Family Studies and Sports and Recreational Leadership from Barclay College. She later earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. She is also a Certified Trauma Specialist through the Arizona Trauma Institute.

Casie works with individuals ages 17 and older and has a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, and women’s issues, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

At the heart of Casie’s work is the belief that counseling should be a collaborative space that is one where you can feel heard and supported while discovering your own strengths, developing new ways of understanding yourself, and creating meaningful change in your life.

Casie is currently welcoming Commercial Cigna, Commercial & Medicaid Anthem / Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Commercial Optum/UnitedHealthcare, as well as self-pay clients at our new Radford office. Additional insurance credentialing is in progress.. Self-pay and out-of-network billing are options, as well.

Casie is under the clinical supervision of Rebecca Worrell, LPC.
