Everyone has their own definition of healthy, however, healthy is not a destination. Healthy is a practice, much like mindfulness is a practice. Small daily healthy tasks or habits can lead to powerful changes in someone's life. For some, those small changes included drinking enough water every day, adding consistent exercise, spending time outdoors, and reading regularly. Small, but powerful, changes look different for everyone.

We provide on-site and on-call guidance for children and parents involved in Head Start services in the Twin County area, as well as in-service training and consultation for Head Start staff for the school years of 2022 through 2024.

LINKAGE AGREEMENT WITH THE CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER

Melissa Londry, LPC is an approved therapist for child survivors of child abuse and their families to ensure justice and healing for those involved with the

Children's Trust Child Advocacy Center (CAC).
