Monica Swann, Resident in Counseling, provides in-person mental health therapy in Radford and Roanoke, as well as telehealth services across Virginia. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers clients to build resilience and create meaningful change in their lives.

Monica utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. She believes in fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and take proactive steps toward personal well-being.

Monica accepts Medicaid-based plans through Aetna BetterHealth, Anthem HealthKeepers, Molina, Optima, Optum, Sentara, and Virginia Premier, as well as commercial insurance plans with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. Self-pay and out-of-network billing are options, as well.
