Introducing Zoë Arnold
Zoë, pronounced "Zo-AYE," has over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Over time, she observed a troubling rise in depression and a decline in self-confidence as individuals transition into adulthood. This inspired her mission to equip people with the skills and empowerment needed to grow into healthy, thriving adults. Zoë holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling and has worked with clients across the lifespan, from ages 5 to 82, including individuals and couples.
Passionate about self-discovery, Zoë seeks to understand the motivations behind behaviors, which drives her own growth and informs her therapeutic approach. She takes joy in exploring, learning, and guiding others on their personal journeys. Known for her creative and dynamic style, Zoë often incorporates metaphors and visual imagery into her sessions, making therapy an engaging, personalized experience. Whether visualizing your life as a windmill or a baseball game, Zoë offers a safe, supportive environment for you to explore, grow, and achieve your goals.
Zoë provides therapy in-person at the Abingdon office and via telehealth for clients with Medicaid-based plans from Aetna Betterhealth, Anthem Healthkeepers, Optima, Optum, and Sentara/Virginia Premier, as well as commercial plans with Anthem and Cigna.
Zoë is under the clinical supervision of Melissa Londry, LPC.
